Shipping policy

*Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days which EXCLUDES weekends and holidays.

*Pre-orders are shipped within 3-5 business days

*We are NOT responsible for orders being lost in the mail, incorrect given addresses,  or refused packages. 

*We ask that u please be patient if some packages are being delayed due to Covid-19, we cannot control delivery delays as we have took the initiative to ship the packages and provided you with your tracking number so you u can be able to track it.

*If it has been over a maximum timeframe that u have not received your order, you may file a claim through usps.

*No REFUNDS 

*You may track your packages with USPS with given tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

*Customer pick-ups are available Mon-Sat from 9am to 5pm EST.  The pick-up location is in Tucker, Ga ONLY.  We ask that you please follow safety procedures by wearing a mask when picking up products for our safety.
